Do I have to register to attend the conference?
Yes. ALL Jamaica Music Conference attendees MUST register in order to attend and gain access to conference sessions and events. NO EXCEPTIONS.

What's the refund policy?
No refunds. All sales are final.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes. You may present your printed ticket or show it on your mobile device to JMC staff at the registration desk to receive your official conference badge. Your badge is required to allow you access to the conference sessions and events.
Are there special rates for local Jamaicans?
Yes. Local Jamaicans can purchase ticket registration pre-sold*:
1. Online at Fangig.com (Jamaica)
2. Itopia Life – 10A W Kings House Road, Kingston
*NOTE: Purchaser must present: 1) registration confirmation (printed/mobile) and 2) proof of residence (valid, government issued, Jamaican photo identification) at conference venue registration desk. If you are unable to show a valid proof of residence, you must purchase your conference registration at the onsite international rate of $350.00 (USD). No exceptions.
How do I get the Group Rate?
Groups of two (2) or more persons may register using the group rate. For the group rate to apply, the registration must happen in a single transaction. You will be able to include the name of each person in the group to properly identify all members of the group.
